This notice covers information you submit through CasaScalea forms, including new-property alerts, or in a WhatsApp message prepared on the site.

Who handles your information

CasaScalea real estate agency is responsible for handling this information.

Information we receive

Your name, contact details, message, requested viewing or search preferences, time zone used for scheduling, language, and the page or property connected to your request.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used to respond and take the steps you request before any possible service.

The WhatsApp form creates a message draft in your browser. CasaScalea’s server does not receive or store the values you enter there or your browser’s time zone. Opening WhatsApp passes the draft data to WhatsApp under its own terms; CasaScalea receives it after you send the message.

An alert email address is used only after you confirm the subscription. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and sent WhatsApp conversations are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up. The WhatsApp draft is not stored on CasaScalea’s server. An alert subscription is kept until you unsubscribe or the address can no longer receive mail.

Who receives it

CasaScalea and the hosting and email providers needed to operate the service can process the relevant information. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp also processes the entered details as a third-party messaging service.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to processing, and withdraw alert consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
